As a dedicated and compassionate counseling associate, I am committed to supporting individuals and couples on their journey towards healing and personal growth. I specialize in utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) to help clients overcome challenges and enhance their well-being.

With specialized training in EMDR, I am equipped to assist clients in processing traumatic experiences and negative beliefs that may be hindering their emotional well-being. Through this approach, I aim to help clients reprocess these experiences and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Additionally, my training in SYMBIS allows me to work with couples at various stages of their relationship to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and build a solid foundation for a lasting and fulfilling partnership.

In today's digital age, I am also well-versed in providing counseling services through telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients have access to the support they need from the comfort of their own homes.

I am a proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia (LPCAGA), where I stay informed about the latest developments in the field and adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice.

I have been a long- time resident of Monroe and am a proud mom of a 17-year-old daughter. I have a passion for animals and love incorporating them into my therapy sessions! 

Please note, I do not accept insurance, but a monthly super bill will be uploaded to your client portal should you wish to submit for reimbursement. HSA & FSA cards are accepted.
