If you are navigating a significant life transition, trauma, or difficult interpersonal relationship and seeking peace of mind and body, I am here as a source of support to walk beside you along the journey. My hope is for clients to gain increased awareness, coping skills, and a sense of grounding within themselves and their environment. I have experience using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches as I engage collaboratively with clients to increase a sense of agency, self-efficacy, and capacity for sustainable change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy services within outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization settings. I work with individuals and families experiencing or impacted by depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, neurodiversity, reproductive health issues, substance use, disruption in caregiving, significant life transitions, and systemic marginalization. I am clinically trained in, and currently use, an integrative multi-theoretical psychotherapy approach, and have a particular interest in holistic health, creative arts, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic, (Body) Psychotherapy, and family systems.
When working together, I value a sense of connection and draw upon humor when appropriate. I have a passion for people and the creative arts. Practicing psychotherapy allows the opportunity to foster these interests. It is an honor to be a part of the healing journey and I look forward to meeting you!
Please note, I do not accept insurance, but a monthly super bill will be uploaded to your client portal should you wish to submit for reimbursement. HSA & FSA cards are accepted.
