Hi, I’m Kim! I am a Health Coach, Pilates Mat Instructor, and Personal Trainer.
Growing up as a dancer, movement has always been a vital part of my daily life. I’m so happy to be able to share the joy of movement with my clients through personal training sessions and Pilates classes!
In my 30’s, while searching for answers to my own physical and mental health issues, I discovered functional medicine, which looks at the whole person to get to the root of disease. Through dietary and lifestyle modifications I began to see improvement in my autoimmune conditions and obsessive compulsive disorder. My experience led me to become a functional medicine health coach, so that I could empower others to improve their health and create the meaningful change they desire in their lives.
As your coach, I’ll walk alongside you in your health journey, providing resources, accountability, and non-judgemental support. We’ll discuss nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, exercise, work, and relationships, and set clear plans for attainable goals that are most important to you. When we work together, it is a collaborative process, not a prescriptive one!
I offer a free discovery call via phone or video chat, and 6 week, 3 month, and 6 month coaching packages at Hope Springs. I will also offer Pilates mat classes and small group Health Coaching workshops at The Well at Hope Springs. I would love the opportunity to work with you!
Please note, I do not accept insurance, but a monthly super bill will be uploaded to your client portal should you wish to submit for reimbursement. HSA & FSA cards are accepted.
