My goal as a wellness facilitator is to simply utilize and bring more awareness to your personalized energy to increase overall wellbeing. Why ENERGY? It is our true nature of being. We are all uniquely composed of, connected to, and surrounded by, energy, making it an extremely effective path towards personalized healing. I believe energy has the power to rejuvenate and heal on a very targeted, cellular level, and I am thrilled to make energy a modality we consider more on our healing journeys.  

I am a published Author of "A Mother's Guide for Manifesting Joy", a book for all mothers striving to find their JOY again post baby. As a postpartum depression survivor with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Computer Information Systems, I am now a Certified Human Design Analyst, Sound Healing Therapist, Reiki Master, Feng Shui Consultant, Nonprofit founder, Collegiate Hall of Fame Athlete and Ex-Professional Beach Volleyball Player. More importantly, I am a wife, mother and serial entrepreneur that loves to help and see businesses grow. I live in beautiful Watkinsville, GA with my family, love hosting our lakefront AirBnb, supporting postpartum mental health, spending time on the water, golfing, and enjoying a nice glass of Italian red wine.
