Lindsay Johnson is passionate about building successful businesses and helping people thrive through personalized energy alignment. She channels this passion into her work with Hope Springs Counseling, where she leads operations and marketing, as well as through her businesses, Kings Wellness and HD Edge (www.kings-wellness.com | www.hd-edge.com), where she supports clients using Human Design. With a deep personal connection to mental health growth and transformation, Lindsay is dedicated to helping others explore alternative approaches to healing and professional development. As a postpartum depression survivor with 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industries, she is committed to guiding individuals and businesses toward sustainable success.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Business degree in Computer Management & Information Systems from Southern Illinois University in 2001, where she was recognized as a Hall of Fame and Scholar Athlete. After competing professionally in beach volleyball, she pursued a thriving eight-year sales career before transitioning into entrepreneurship. Today, she is a three-time business owner, COO, Published Author, Certified Human Design Analyst, Sound Healing Therapist, and Usui Reiki Master.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lindsay is a devoted wife, mother, and serial entrepreneur. She lives in Athens, GA, where she and her family enjoy hosting guests at their lake and mountain-front Airbnbs. She is passionate about mental health advocacy, spending time on the water, golfing, and savoring a glass of Italian red wine.
